What counts as a scan?
One scan = one package scanned on entry to or exit from the warehouse, at any packaging level: pallet, box, inner box, bag or item (detonator, cartridge, sack, reel of cord). A pallet scanned whole counts as a single scan, however many boxes it holds. For example, a pallet of 40 boxes scanned whole on goods in counts as one scan, and the stock increases by its entire contents. If a package enters the warehouse and then leaves it, that counts as two scans.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
Scanning never stops: the explosives register is required by law. If you go over the limit, we let you know and move you to the next plan from the following month.
How much does the Diamond plan cost?
Diamond is priced in tiers, based on scans: tier 1, 1.501–5.000 scans per month (up to 5 terminals and 5 warehouses): 373 € per month; tier 2, 5.001–10.000 scans per month (up to 10 terminals and 10 warehouses): 466 € per month; tier 3, 10.001–20.000 scans per month (unlimited terminals and warehouses): 560 € per month, all taxes included. Above 20.000 scans per month we will make you a tailored quote. With annual billing you get 10% off, and with the launch offer 20% off in the first year: 298 / 373 / 448 € per month.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, Sand — free for life, up to 20 scans per month, on 1 phone (Android or iPhone) or terminal, with our app. It includes 1 warehouse, 1 user, the explosives register in line with Directive 2008/43/EC with PDF and Excel export, 10 years of history and email support. It also includes automatic import of the supplier's XML delivery notes. Phone support is not included. You create the account yourself, in a few minutes, using the “Create your free account” button.
What is a code lookup?
A full lookup of a unique code in the portal: which pallet, box, inner box and bag it belongs to, which delivery note it arrived with, and its whole timeline — goods in, goods out, the shotfirer and the place of use. A simple lookup (where the code is now and its last movement) is always available, on every plan.
What happens if I exceed my lookups?
You are never left without an answer during an inspection: a simple code lookup (where it is now and its last movement) remains available even over the limit. Full lookups reset the following month; if you consistently need more, move up to the next plan.
Can I try a paid plan before paying?
Yes. You can try Quartz, Granite, Basalt and Diamond free for 15 days, with all the features of the plan you choose, no card required. You choose the plan when you create your account and can change it right there. If you do not pay after the 15 days, the account automatically moves to Sand, free, without losing any data or history.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Tell us what you need and we will move you to the right plan from the following month, without losing any data or history.
Do prices include VAT?
The price shown is the final price: LechiSoft is not registered for VAT, so nothing is added.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for 12 months in one go. For contracts signed by 31 December 2026, the first year is 20% off: Quartz 43, Granite 74, Basalt 148, Diamond from 298 € per month, all taxes included. From the second year, annual billing is 10% off: Quartz 49, Granite 83, Basalt 167, Diamond from 336 € per month.
Do I need a terminal, or can I use my phone?
On every plan you can scan with an Android phone or iPhone (camera), with a tablet and a Bluetooth 2D scanner, or with the rugged terminal with a 2D scanner — everyone uses what suits them. For high volumes we recommend the terminal: it is faster, reads even worn or damaged codes, has a large battery and is rugged. The app is included, and the plan determines how many phones or terminals can work with the company account.
Are terminals included in the price?
No. Rugged terminals are purchased separately: see the equipment offer on the Software overview page. If you scan with your phone, you don't need to buy anything.
Can I use my phone in the warehouse or during blasting?
Yes, the app works on Android phones and on iPhone. Use the phone or terminal in accordance with the safety rules of the warehouse and of the blasting operations (including the rules for devices that emit radio waves near electric detonators).
What does the launch offer include?
For contracts signed by 31 December 2026: 20% off in the first year with annual billing (instead of 10%), plus free activation, training and import of your historical data.
