Account deletion
Here you can request the deletion of your Trasabilitate Explozibil user account (the portal and the mobile app) and the associated personal data, or the deletion of your entire company account.
Send the request
Fill in the details of the account you want us to delete. Under “Details”, enter the company ID (e.g. TE-COMPANY) and say whether you are asking to delete only your user or the whole company account. The request goes to the Trasabilitate Explozibil team, which handles it within 30 days at most.
How it works
- You send the request using the form alongside.
- We verify your identity — we may contact you at the account email; for the company account we ask for confirmation from one of its administrators.
- We delete the data within 30 days at most and confirm by email.
No request needed: the company administrator can delete a user at any time (Portal → Administration → Users) or remove a phone / terminal (Portal → Administration → Devices). Uninstalling the app deletes everything that was stored on the device.

What is deleted
- Your portal user: name, email address, sign-in details
- The link between phones / terminals and the account (installation identifier, device model)
- Subscriptions to email reports
- For the company account: access to the portal and the app, when the contract ends
What is kept
- The explosives register — goods in, goods out, stock, delivery notes and the name of the person who made each movement. The law (Directive 2008/43/EC, as amended by Directive 2012/4/EU, and the national legislation transposing it) requires the company to keep them for at least 10 years, so they cannot be deleted on request. If you ask for your user to be deleted, your name remains only in these records.
- Invoices — accounting documents, kept for as long as tax legislation requires.
